Hogan Lovells advises International Public Partnerships Limited on its successful capital raise

LONDON, 4 May 2022 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells have advised International Public Partnerships Limited (INPP), the FTSE 250 listed investment trust investing in infrastructure assets and related businesses, on its highly successful capital raise. INPP targeted GBP250 million for its initial issue but following very significant oversubscription from both new and existing investors, increased the size of the initial raise to its maximum of GBP325 million. INPP is also now able to raise up to a further GBP250 million through an issuance programme over the next 12 months.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by London-based Funds partner Erik Jamieson with support from a team that included counsel Amelia Stawpert, associate Iulia Davidescu and trainee solicitor Noemi Rezi. Jonathan Baird advised on U.S. securities law matters and Elliot Weston and Adela Komorowska advised on UK tax. The Hogan Lovells team has been advising INPP since its IPO in 2006 seeing it to its latest market capitalisation of over GBP 2.8 billion.
