Hogan Lovells advises Intermediate Capital Group on financing of take-private acquisition of law firm DWF by Inflexion Private Equity Partners
London, 13 October 2023 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) on the financing of the take-private acquisition of DWF Group plc by Inflexion Private Equity Partners.
DWF is a global law firm and alternative legal services provider, delivering integrated legal and related professional services to c. 5,000 firms, including large global blue-chip corporations. It has c. 4,000 employees in 30 offices across 18 countries.
The London-based Hogan Lovells team was led by Banking and Loan Finance partner Francis Booth, supported by senior associate Alistair Handy, associate Sarah Loughran and trainee Peter Mullan (all Banking and Loan Finance). Partners Tom Brassington and Antony Doolittle advised on the M&A aspects of the transaction, supported by associate Vinura Ladduwahetty. Counsel Chris Hyde advised on the tax aspects.
