Hogan Lovells advises Enel Group on its US$2 billion sustainability-linked Yankee bond issuance

3 July 2024 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Enel Group on its US$2 billion sustainability-linked Yankee bonds issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act.

The issuance is linked to the achievement of Enel's sustainability target related to the reduction of GHG Scope 1 emissions intensity related to electricity production.
