Hogan Lovells advises De Goudse on the sale of their majority stake in VLC & Partners to Howden Insurance
Amsterdam, 19 December 2023 – Led by M&A partner Danielle du Bois-Buné, Hogan Lovells is advising De Goudse on the sale of its majority stake in VLC & Partners to Howden Insurance.
Through this transaction, VLC & Partners will integrate into Howden Insurance, establishing itself as the leading platform of Howden Insurance in the Netherlands.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by Amsterdam-based M&A partner Danielle du Bois-Buné with support from senior associates Bastiaan Van Rath and Dane Solomon and associates Marieke Plaisier and Anastasiia Kachalova (all Amsterdam M&A).
