London, 30 August 2024 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Committed Advisors as lead investor on Equip Capital’s raising of a €306m continuation fund to acquire Rush, Europe’s largest indoor trampoline park operator, and iteam, a leading Norwegian IT and cloud services provider.
