Hogan Lovells advises BNP Paribas REIM on the sale of the Affori Centre

Milan, 16 January 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised BNP Paribas REIM on the sale, through the NEIF II Affori fund, of the Affori Centre office building to Patrizia SE, a leading investor in the field of global real estate assets.

The LEED-Gold certified property consists of three interconnected office buildings with a total floor area of approximately 13,000 sqm. Located in the North-West district of the city of Milan, the property has five above-ground floors plus two basement floors and includes class A offices. All spaces are leased to high standing tenants.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by partner Marco Rota Candiani with support from senior associates Alberto Carrara and Niccolò Lavorano and trainee Luca Turchini. Counsel Maria Deledda advised on the construction and urban planning aspects of the deal.
