Michael Rogers brings years of business experience serving clients in a variety of industries to his representation of clients in their most complex, mission-critical fund transactions.

As counsel in our Corporate group, Michael Rogers focuses his practice at Hogan Lovells on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance. He regularly advises private equity clients on leveraged acquisitions, follow-on investments, exit transactions, and co-investment fund formation. He also works with portfolio company board and management teams on a wide range of corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Michael worked for more than nine years at Capital One Financial Corporation in Virginia, where he served in a variety of marketing, finance, operations, strategy, and client development roles. He leverages this deep and diverse business knowledge to understand his clients' objectives and identify solutions to their legal problems.

Representation of a private equity fund in the formation of a co-investment fund in connection with the acquisition of a consumer goods manufacturer.
