As an associate in our Appellate practice, Ezra Louvis focuses on appellate litigation in state and federal courts. His has handled cases on a wide range of issues including administrative, criminal, antitrust, tort, arbitration, tax, and constitutional law. Ezra has briefed cases at every level of the federal judiciary, including three merits cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Ezra clerked for Judge Kenneth M. Karas of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. A double Hoya, he attended the Georgetown University Law Center and received his B.A. from Georgetown University, where he was a National Debate Tournament finalist.
