Hannah focuses on advising financial investors, particularly in infrastructure and related sectors.  She has more than ten years' experience advising on domestic and cross border acquisitions, investments, divestments, co-investments, and joint ventures, as well as public to private transactions.

Hannah rejoined Hogan Lovells in 2021 from Brookfield Asset Management having spent several years working as a Vice President, Legal in the European infrastructure group in London.  In this role, she provided legal advice as part of the investment team in relation to new investment opportunities and the management of existing assets across Europe and the Middle East, including Wireless Infrastructure Group, PD Ports, TDF, ADNOC gas pipelines, Telia Towers Partners, Boxt Limited and SGN.

Hannah is fluent in French and English and happy to advise clients in either language.

Representative experience

Advising a new private real estate fund on its maiden investment in two UK office buildings.

Advising Eurazeo Investment Manager as co lead investor in relation to G Square Healthcare Private Equity LLP’s closing of a €500 million continuation fund vehicle.

Advising Arcus Infrastructure Partners on the sale of a minority stake in the A1 motorway in Poland

Advising the Crown Estate on the sale by Orsted of a 50% stake in the Walney Extension offshore wind project to two Danish Pension funds.

Advising Prologis on the sale of a portfolio of logistics assets across Europe and the United States to Mapletree Investments 

Advising a private equity investor on proposed bid for North Sea Midstream Partners (NSMP).

Advising Mapletree Investment Pte Ltd on the £417.5m acquisition by its portfolio companies of 24 student accommodation assets in the UK.

Advising Brookfield Capital Partners on the acquisition of Greenergy, the UK's largest road fuel distributor and investor in multiple joint ventures in petroleum storage and terminals.

Advising Mitsubishi Heavy Industries on its global joint venture in metals machinery technology with Siemens.

Advising Brookfield Infrastructure on participating in a consortium of investors acquiring TDF, France's largest independent communications tower infrastructure business.

Advising Brookfield Infrastructure on its acquisition, with Abertis Infrastructure, of the controlling stake in toll roads operator Obrascon Huarte Lain Brasil (now Arteris)

Advising Brookfield Infrastructure on acquiring Inexus from Challenger Infrastructure Fund and Inexus's merger with the GTC group into BUUK.
