She represents international clients in high value, complex disputes across industry sectors such as energy (including nuclear, fossil and renewable energy), transport (railways and aircraft), waste to energy and technology. She has advised on issues such as delay, disruption, prolongation and defects. Steph has acted for clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings, and has experience with alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation.
Originally from Hong Kong, she obtained an LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a qualified solicitor of England & Wales. In 2022, Steph was seconded to Hogan Lovells' International Arbitration team in the Paris office.
