Josh LaFianza draws on his policy experience to assist our clients navigate a range of issues related to international trade, including trade remedies, customs, export controls, economic sanctions, foreign investment reviews, and other trade-related issues.
While at Stanford Law School, Josh interned at the Alaska Department of Law under the Attorney General and served as the Articles and Symposium Editor for the Stanford Law and Policy Review. He also served as a board member of the Stanford Latinx Law Student Association in numerous capacities and advised Bay Area nonprofits on their corporate governance practices through Stanford’s Organizations and Transactions clinic. He has brought these commitments to the firm where he continues to engage in DEI and pro bono initiatives, in addition to his international trade portfolio.
