Jonathan Labib focuses his practice on corporate and private funds. He counsels investment managers in connection with the formation, structuring, placement and operation of private equity funds, real estate funds, and hedge funds accommodating U.S. and non-U.S. investors. He not only advises his clients on investment advisory matters, but also in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, CFIUS reviews, industrial security, and FOCI mitigation matters. Jonathan also works on various debt and finance matters.
