Eugenia is a senior associate in the Corporate and Finance practice group at Hogan Lovells’ Hong Kong office. 

Eugenia deals with property sales and purchases, tenancy and leasing matters and different types of real estate transaction. She advises banks and investment funds as lenders, as well as corporate borrowers on real estate project financing. Eugenia also has substantial experience in acting for property investors in acquisitions and disposals of real properties.

Representative experience

Advised a real estate private credit investment management firm on its acquisition of a mortgage loan portfolio involving industrial buildings from a bank.*

Advised a property developer on an intra group transfer of its properties and amendments to the terms of its existing banking facilities.*

Advised an international investment company on the feasibility of developing a portfolio of properties for use as elderly homes and the relevant share acquisition and shareholders’ agreements.*

Advised a syndicate of lenders in connection with term loan facilities to finance construction of new residential development involving applications for lease modification.*

Advised a private company on a potential joint venture with a real estate developer for the construction of a new commercial complex through acquisition of shares in the property holding company. *

Advised a property developer on its proposed acquisition of various commercial spaces in residential housing estates held by a REIT in a sale by tender. *

Advised bank on the amendment and subordination of an existing facility and partial release of the security in relation to the special waiver granted for the revitalization of an industrial building.

Advised a foreign bank on a term loan facility for refinancing of existing facility involving a mixed residential and commercial building in Hong Kong.
