Upon joining the Hogan Lovells Warsaw Office, Piotr Kwasiborski, has been working in the Corporate and Financial Institutions Group where he liaises with Polish and international clients advising on civil law, corporate law, employment law and citizenship law.
Piotr's experience includes dealing with the registration proceedings of commercial companies and partnerships as well as the preparation of due diligence reports.
Piotr graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University in 2013.. To add to his academic record, Piotr completed the English and European Law course managed by the British Law Center, and a 6 month course at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam within the LLP Erasmus Program. Where he attended the courses on international company and European law. He is currently a PhD student at the department of European law at Warsaw University.
