Katharina Kranzfelder advises domestic and international clients on complex finance transactions. She helps financial institutions, corporations or investors on financing transactions, in particular on real estate finance, corporate loans, or loan portfolio transactions. She has extensive experience on dealing with high-value financing transactions and stays cool also in challenging situations.

In addition, Katharina is an expert for complex financial restructuring and insolvency scenarios. She frequently advises on debt restructuring, acquisition of distressed or insolvent companies, enforcement of claims and any other kind of insolvency and restructuring matters.

Katharina got deep insights of the clients' needs while being on secondment at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG. In addition, she gained international experience while working in our London office.
