Joscha Brischke advises national and international clients on complex matters of dispute resolution. He represents the interests of our clients before state courts and arbitration tribunals.
In practice, Joscha focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, and compliance advices. He also conducts internal investigations with German and international connections.
Joscha studied law at the Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf. Already during his legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, the focus of his work was on advising and assisting in disputes relating to construction and commercial law.
