Kaitlyn Hittelman is a diligent problem-solver dedicated to achieving the best results for her clients. She offers a fresh perspective to transactional and litigation matters, with a focus on complex restructurings.
Kaitlyn shapes her analytical approach to solving her clients’ issues by leveraging her experience gained externing for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells as an associate, Kaitlyn was a member of the firm’s 2021 summer associate program. Kaitlyn also interned for a multinational investment firm with billions of dollars under management.
Kaitlyn served as Vice President of UCLA School of Law’s Moot Court program and was a finalist in the Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court competition. She was awarded to The Order of Barrister’s honor society, granted to ten students out of each graduating law school class, for her achievements in oral advocacy.
Since joining the firm, she has also been a dedicated pro bono volunteer, primarily assisting Afghan refugees seek asylum.
