Insights and events
Graham advises clients on all aspects of UK commercial real estate, with a focus on office investment, corporate occupiers, life sciences and logistics. Graham recognises that deals are not contests. They're a collaborative process that require some give and take on both sides. Clients rely on Graham's ability to make their real estate strategies easier: he does that by focussing on the commercial imperatives, avoiding legal point-scoring and being a straight talking negotiator.
Graham has acted on many high value and complex transactions. He's acted for: a PE client buying an iconic UK entertainment venue; an institutional JV buying into and pre-letting London's newest skyscraper (currently under construction); multiple corporates (including other law firms) on HQ relocations; public and private entities on warehouse development fundings; PE S&LB transactions; institutional investors buying and selling trophy offices and an iconic brand buying into a UK premium F&B business.
Graham's three recommendations in the Legal 500 are testament to the feedback and reliance that clients place in his ability to deliver in a way that exceeds their expectations.
