Victoria Glover is an associate in the Litigation practice in the Washington, D.C. Office.
Victoria's practice has covered a variety of litigation matters, from small business contract disputes to multi-district litigation defense. She has experience with various aspects of the litigation process, including leading discovery, motions practice, taking and defending depositions, mediation, bench and jury trials, and appeals.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Victoria worked as a commercial litigator at another AmLaw 100 firm in Washington, D.C. Victoria has also interned with the Office of the Federal Public Defender in the Eastern District of Virginia, Arlington Circuit Court in Arlington, Virginia, and the State’s Attorney’s Office for Frederick County, Maryland.
Victoria received her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2020, where she served on the leadership teams of the George Mason Law Review and Moot Court Board. She also received her BA in 2017 from the University of Maryland.

Assisted with successful defence of international energy transportation company at trial and emergency injunctive relief hearing.*
Assisted with obtaining full dismissal at summary judgment in fair housing discrimination case.*
Obtained favourable settlement on behalf of pro bono client in Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference case.*
