Glenn advises on mergers and acquisitions, complex joint ventures and alliances, and a range of financing transactions. He also regularly counsels companies, their directors, and executives on appropriate corporate governance solutions. With his clients' goals in mind, Glenn counsels them on the impact that securities laws have on their initiatives.

Glenn joined Hogan Lovells in 2007 and served for five years as managing partner of the Baltimore office.
