Elijah is a pragmatic litigator who has experience working on matters involving insurance disputes, internal investigation, and commercial litigation. He has experience in all stages of litigation assisting with pre-trial disputes, e-discovery, class certifications, and trial.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Elijah was a Student Clinician for the Environmental Justice Clinic at Vermont Law School. Elijah also worked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 2 (New Jersey Superfund Branch) where he worked on legal and regulatory issues relating to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and New Jersey environmental and property issues.
At Hogan Lovells, Elijah maintains an active pro bono practice assisting clients seeking asylum.
