Caroline Farrington

Caroline advises clients on a broad range of regulatory matters, including responding to agency enforcement activities, interfacing with policymakers, and navigating business transactions. She also counsels health care and life sciences clients on new product development, fraud and abuse matters, federal and state price reporting obligations, and a number of other regulatory issues. Caroline also maintains an active pro bono practice in which she assists with criminal justice and public health initiatives.

Before joining the firm, Caroline clerked for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Caroline earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law Reform and as a member of the Michigan Journal of Law & Society. She also assisted professors with research in administrative law, was Vice President of the Health Law Organization, and worked at the general counsel's office for the University of Michigan Health System. Prior to law school, Caroline worked as a consultant, advising startups, hospital systems, and local governments on a variety of strategic and operational issues.
