Fabian Ernst advises national and international companies on all matters concerning individual and collective employment law. In particular, he will assist you in drafting and negotiating employment and service contracts.
He further provides advice on works council codetermination and implementation of structural measures as well as on all day-to-day labour law issues.
Fabian studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at Fordham Law School in New York City. He also holds a doctorate from Bucerius Law School. Already during his legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Court of Appeals he has worked for Hogan Lovells. In addition, he gained valuable experience for representing his clients in court during his legal traineeship at the Hamburg Labour Court.
