What is the situation in China, Russia and the USA?

We are pleased to host our ‘Data Protection Update’ webinar on 9 November 2021.

In this webinar, we will discuss the current data protection situation in China, Russia and the USA in a round table discussion with our international colleagues. We will discuss new data protection regulations (PIPL in China), U.S. perspectives on Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) for data transfers to the U.S., and the practicalities of dealing with data protection regulations such as localization obligations in Russia.

At the end of the event, you will have the opportunity to address your questions to our speakers.
