Using several hypothetical scenarios as a starting point, we will analyze these issues under the California Rules of Professional Conduct, the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, and the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct. We will also examine recent guidance on lawyers’ use of AI provided by several state bars and court systems.
