In addition to representing large financial institutions in a full range of finance law matters, Dylan works with investors throughout the entire life cycle of business ventures. With The Netherlands as a relevant jurisdiction for numerous international businesses and cases, Dylan understands the needs of companies doing business locally and globally.
Whether it is the hotel industry, real estate, automotive or food industry, Dylan has the ability to "think around corners" and see what's ahead in order to "think outside of the box". Dylan distinguishes himself by often being two steps ahead of the game, being able to apply a good level of creativity and not just getting the transaction done with a "one size fits all" mentality.
Dylan is skilled in asset financing, borrowing base financing, capital markets / structured financing, trade and export financing and syndicated lending. In 2015 he was seconded to Deutsche Bank and ING, where he worked on leveraged buyouts and capital market deals; in 2017 he was seconded to ABN AMRO. This provided him with valuable insight of the business reality. His master in business administration helps him in advising clients at a strategic level.
Dylan was best of class in 2011 at the Law Firm School, an initiative of 16 reputable law firms to lift their associates to the highest level.
