Dorota Walerjan

She co-designs legal schemes for intended undertakings and considers their necessary administrative and financial optimisation. She supports clients in their contacts with the tax authorities, representing them at all stages of proceedings, and in disputes in front of administrative courts.Owing to her economic background, the solutions proposed by Dorota are thorough and comprehensive; an example of her success was the implementation of the first and largest public-private partnership project in Poland.

Dorota has conducted over one hundred training sessions in legal and tax matters. She is the author of several publications, including books on the legal and tax aspects of marketing activities and the liability of company executives. Dorota has been lecturing at SGH and at the MBA course for many years. As an experienced tax advisor, she presents at conferences organized by Sedlak&Sedlak, the oldest Polish HR advisory company. She is the member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors.
