Guido Di Stefano is an associate of the Dispute Resolution department in the Milan office.
Guido joined Hogan Lovells in 2019, before graduating with distinction at the University of Trento. During his studies, he also completed two exchange programs in Hungary and Canada. In 2022, he was admitted to the Milan Bar.
Guido focuses his practice on commercial litigation as well as on general product liability and compliance. He assists clients of various industry sectors such as consumer goods, TMT, life sciences, and automotive in conducting risk assessments and in defining the best strategy to manage and reduce risks.

Advising a major multinational company on product compliance in relation to the launch of new consumer products on the Italian market.
Supporting a leading multinational company in the TMT sector with assessing and complying with new Italian and European digital accessibility obligations.
Assisting a global retailer on the compliance of e-scooters with Italian technical legislation as well as finding alternative jurisdictions for their marketing.
