He is experienced in advising on trademark strategies and managing trademark portfolios for prestigious clients in a wide range of industries, from consumption products to industrial products and services. Denny was admitted as a trademark attorney in 1998 and qualified through bar examination in 2002. Before joining Hogan Lovells, he worked for several IP law firms. In addition, he provided the PRC trademark-related content for an IPR handbook published by HKTDC subsequent to the commissions of 2005 and 2008, respectively.
