Dennis Rein advises national and international investors on real estate transactions, especially with regard to due diligence investigations. He further provides advice on commercial tenancy law as well as property and asset management contracts.
During his legal clerkship, Dennis gained experience in real estate law at our offices in Munich and Denver, Colorado (USA). He also worked in the real estate team of an international commercial law firm in Stuttgart.
Dennis’ dissertation is focused on easements under the old law (Altrechtliche Grunddienstbarkeiten).
