Erika assists leading international internet and technology companies with emerging and complex tech legal issues in the fields of regulatory, policy, litigation, and advocacy. Her focus is on ISP liability, freedom of expression online, data protection, online copyright, AVMS, platforms, and media regulation. Erika has extensive experience in litigation before courts and regulatory authorities, particularly in matters of ISP liability and data protection.
Erika joined the Firm in 2021, after graduating in Law at Bocconi University. During her fourth and fifth years of study, she attended the Erasmus Program at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow (UK) and she completed an internship at the European Commission’s DG Competition. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells she also worked in the Antitrust and EU Law department of a leading Italian law firm and as a legal intern at Google.
She is currently an Advanced LLM Candidate in Technology Governance at the University of Amsterdam.
