Charlie is a Senior Associate in the International Arbitration team, focusing on commercial arbitration. He assists clients with complex, high value disputes across multiple sectors, including energy, infrastructure, aviation, pharmaceutical and sports.
During his career, Charlie has experience acting for clients across various regions, including Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe. He has handled arbitration under the ICC, LCIA, NAI and Premier League Rules, seated in London and other jurisdictions.
Charlie has also acted for clients in mediations and been involved in advising clients on national court proceedings in relation to the arbitration process.

Representing an aviation company in an LCIA arbitration, seated in London, arising out of two lease agreements.

Representing a European engineering company in an LCIA arbitration concerning a project management services agreement for the construction of a nuclear power plant in Africa.*
Advised a Middle Eastern engineering company on potential LCIA arbitration proceedings concerning explosions at a chemical plant in the region.*
Represented an African company operating in the downstream energy sector on an ICC arbitration arising out of a joint venture agreement.*
Represented an African State and State-owned company in ICC arbitration brought by a European construction company concerning a major water infrastructure project.*
