Izzy Bull has a particular focus on acting for corporate trustees, agents and other corporate service providers. She advises on a broad spectrum of debt products, both in relation to new issuances and post-issuance amendments and restructurings, including exercises of trustee discretion and the administration of distressed debt.
Izzy trained at Hogan Lovells spending six months in the London Debt Capital Markets group, a year in the Corporate teams based in London and Dubai, and six months in the London Financial Services Litigation group.
Representative experience
Advising the Trustee on two bond issues by Faurecia S.E. worth a total of €950 million.
Advising the Trustee on the default of US$57.3 million guaranteed Notes, including advising with respect to enforcement action by the Trustee.
Advising the Trustee in respect of amendments to multiple series of Notes under a €20 billion Asset Backed Note Programme issued by Elva Funding plc.
Advising the Facility Agent and Trustee on a warehouse of bridging and buy-to-let mortgage loans by a non-bank originator worth £298 million.
