Aaron Kramer Brosnan assists clients on all questions related to regulations and provides practical guidance on best practices to ensure compliance.
Aaron focuses his practice on regulatory and grants management issues facing educational institutions. He has advised school districts, institutions of higher education, and nonprofits on federal student aid, school finance, audit findings, and distance education programs.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Aaron practiced education law at a nationally recognized education regulatory and legislative practice, and worked at the D.C. Office of the State Superintendent of Education as a compliance officer.
Aaron earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, his M.S. in education from Simmons University, and a B.A. in biology and studio art from the College of the Holy Cross. He is also a Certified Grants Management Specialist.
While in law school, Aaron established the first internship program for students with autism at the N. J. Superior courts. He also led a ten-person team as an editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal with a focus on emerging issues in patent law.
