His extensive knowledge and proven track record, allow him to support clients on the overlap between commercial and intellectual property law, including on the digitizing of traditional products, launching new product lines and relationships with technology providers.

Thanks to his previous experience as Associate General Counsel in a major international tech company and his solid academic background, he works hand-in-hand with his clients to make a real difference in the fast-changing technology landscape.

After graduating from the University of Trieste, Italy, Alberto earned an LLM at Queen Mary, University of London and a Ph.D. at the University of Milan.
