Bartosz advises financial institutions, mostly insurance companies and banks, in various legal aspects of their day-to-day activity. He represents financial institutions in regulatory proceedings before the regulators, including the Commission for Financial Supervision (KNF) as well as the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). He successfully represents these clients in court proceedings, including common courts (civil proceedings), the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (SOKiK) as well as administrative courts. He focuses on legal aspects of cooperation between insurers and banks (bancassurance). This involves, among others, advising in relation to the structure of such cooperation, drafting the relevant agreements regulating the cooperation, assisting in negotiations between insurers and banks, drafting insurance documentation including general terms and conditions of insurance, advising in related M&A transactions and assisting in all regulatory proceedings in this respect.
Bartosz is the author of publications regarding insurance activity, consumer protection law and personal data protection.

Advising Polish and foreign entities from Credit Agricole Group on various aspects of their bancassurance activities in Poland, representing the insurers in proceedings before Polish courts.
GETIN Holding S.A. - advising on the bancassurance transaction, involving the sale of shares in Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen EUROPA S.A. to Talanx International AG and Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance.
ING Group - advising Polish insurer from ING Group on various aspects of insurance activity, representing the insurer in proceedings before Polish courts.
Advising mBank S.A. on the bancassurance transaction with AXA Group, including the sale of 100% shares in BRE TUiR and conclusion of long term cooperation agreements between mBank S.A. and AXA Group.
PKO BP S.A. - advising on various aspects related to distribution of insurance products by PKO BP S.A.
Prudential Distribution Limited – assisting in establishing a branch of a life insurance company in Poland, advising on insurance products, sale structure and operation activities.
