She assists Polish and international clients in commercial disputes before Polish state courts and arbitration tribunals in matters related to corporate law and commercial contracts with particular focus on construction, financial services, and real estate.
Prior to joining the Hogan Lovells Warsaw office in May 2018, Maryna interned in international law firms in Warsaw, and worked as a lawyer in a Polish law firm with a focus on dispute resolution matters. Maryna also practised law in Ukraine as an in-house lawyer, advising mostly on civil, corporate, and tax law. She represented companies before the Ukrainian state courts in matters related to commercial disputes, and disputes with the tax authorities.
Maryna graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Lazarski University (Warsaw) and the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics. During her studies she worked for the Law Clinic at the Lazarski University.
Maryna is fluent in Polish, English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
