Abdullah Alhaylan, a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia, brings extensive local and international business law experience, focusing on real estate, corporate, capital markets, and M&A practices. He is a former advisor to the Vice Ministry of Justice, where he helped spearhead the current transformation of the Saudi legal industry. During his time at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), he was Head of Real Estate Investments Legal Advisory where he oversaw and led legal workstreams, and advised on all PIF real estate investments, including complex and landmark real estate projects and transactions. With more than 14 years of experience, Abdullah is a seasoned practitioner widely recognized as a leading name in the real estate industry.
