Stephanie Agu

She advises clients on state and federal regulatory issues that may arise throughout a product's life, from patent concerns to drug promotion and advertising questions. Stephanie is dedicated to providing sophisticated work to guide clients through a complex and intricate legal landscape.

Stephanie's practice focuses on issues concerning product development, lifecycle management, FDA regulatory compliance and enforcement, and clinical trial development activities. She also counsels companies on how to navigate the emerging cannabis market. Stephanie routinely advises pharmaceutical companies on advertising and promotional issues concerning pre-launch and post-marketing communications, has assisted clients with internal investigations related to promotional activities, and has served on promotional review committees.

Stephanie began her career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2018. She also maintains an active pro bono practice. While attending the University of Texas School of Law, she successfully defended a tenant on the brink of eviction. She also participated in expungement clinics and advised artists and small businesses on how to meet their goals. Before law school, she worked as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies.
