Hogan Lovells 2024 Election Impact and Congressional Outlook Report
The toolkit will help investors, investment influencers, and intermediaries to:
• improve investment decision-making
• bring on board new portfolio or fund managers
• improve existing portfolios
• enact organisational change for both people and processes
The launch of the JEDI toolkit builds on from Hogan Lovells partnership with GenderSmart which began in September 2021 when the firm became the exclusive legal partner to their Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion initiative (JEDI) through to the end of 2022. Senior Legal Director and Co-Head of Sustainable Finance, Sukhvir Basran, is Co-Chair of the GenderSmart JEDI Steering Committee, and Global Head of Financial Institutions, Sharon Lewis, is a member of the Steering Committee.
JEDI focuses on catalysing the incorporation of gender, racial and ethnic justice into global sustainable finance and investment decisions within public and private markets. Its mission is aligned with Hogan Lovells commitment to Diversity & Inclusion and Responsible Business, a strategic priority for the firm.
