Hogan Lovells Antitrust and Competition ranked in top 5 globally in the GCR 100!

On 8 January our global Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation practice was ranked 4th in the Global Competition Review's 'Global Elite: Top 100' listing.

We are thrilled with the result which propels us upward from last year's 11th place. GCR lauded the practice’s success in coupling “a solid performance on deal work with a stellar one in cartel defence" and remarked that "Hogan Lovells is bigger and better than ever as reflected in its rise up the Global Elite".

A credit to the phenomenal work the global team (co-headed by Suyong Kim and Edith Ramirez) have done over the year, this GCR accolade is becoming par for the course: in April 2018 the group was awarded Litigation of the year: Cartel Defence for its work on the UK air cargo litigation.

GCR is the leading global competition law publication, and the GCR Global Elite is widely-seen as the most influential ranking of the world's top firms for antitrust and competition. The ranking “shines the spotlight on the 25 global competition practices that take on the most difficult and contentious antitrust work”.

Please join us in congratulating the team on this well-deserved recognition, and in sharing the success with your clients and peers. The full listing may be found here.
