Korey Christensen represents clients in all segments of the energy and natural resources industries by assisting them with their commercial transactions, providing regulatory advice, drafting and negotiating vendor agreements, and advising on litigation matters related to energy and mining.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Korey served as corporate counsel to the North American subsidiary of an international gold mining company. In that role, he oversaw the subsidiary's litigation activities, provided regulatory advice regarding environmental issues, managed the property portfolio for the entity's North American mine, and participated in a major asset sale.
While in law school, Korey served on the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal and was a member of the mock trial board.
