Hogan Lovells 2024 Election Impact and Congressional Outlook Report
Webinar | January 19 - February 5, 2021
We are pleased to host the inaugural Executive International Business Transactions (IBT) program. The IBT program is a virtual training program designed to prepare non-U.S. in-house lawyers to tackle the main legal issues that are routinely encountered in international business transactions. Each session will provide practical training and best practices.
The training includes 10 modules over three weeks. Each module is 2.5 hours. The modules will be taught in English by experienced Hogan Lovells attorneys.
At the conclusion of the IBT program, participants will receive a certificate of completion and a course book. They will also be invited to participate a network of the program's alumni and periodic events.
Dates
Ten sessions will be held over three weeks between January 19 and February 5, 2021.
Time
Each session is from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. EST; 3:30 – 6:00 p.m. CST. Our inaugural program is targeting the Americas, with the hope of hosting addition programs for EMEA and ASEAN regions.
