Proactive and transparent crisis response is critical in an era where executives testify before Congress, submit to regulator investigation and defend event- driven litigation. The Panel will dissect case studies of Company responses – some effective and some wanting –with a variety of crises explored: product recalls, cyber breaches, shareholder activist campaigns, accounting scandals and bankruptcies.
