Practice groupIntellectual Property

David Brzozowski provides clear and concise answers to clients' intellectual property obstacles. With experience in the preparation and prosecution of design patent applications and counseling clients on trademark portfolios, he also handles matters involving patent litigation in District Court, the International Trade Commission, and trademark prosecution.

David's valuable skills in understanding and meeting the needs of his clients stem from his strong professional and educational background. He graduated with a law degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and has a degree in political science from the University of Connecticut. David participated in his law school's civil practice clinic and as an editor for the Catholic University Law Review, where he also published an article. He was also a vice-chancellor for his school's moot court association (MCA).

Prior to law school, David interned on Capitol Hill for a member of Congress, worked in the intellectual property group of a law firm in Washington, D.C., and was an in-house corporate litigation and intellectual property paralegal for a Fortune 500 American mass media and entertainment company.
