A well-known figure in the mining industry, Warren Beech’s advice is sought by mining companies and government alike. He is frequently seen on TV and quoted in the media on issues facing the mining industry in South Africa.

Successfully defending Northern Coal Limited in objections against proposed mining operations at Weltevreden Colliery by environmental and tourism agencies.
Representing Royal Bafokeng Resources in six high-profile mine fatalities, including regulatory matters, an inquiry in terms of the MHSA, civil and criminal matters.
Advising the business rescue practitioner of Continental Coal on regulatory & compliance issues, transfer of ownership of mining rights, obtaining ministerial consents.
Acting for Gunvor Singapore and Xander Resources regarding an agreement for the sale and purchase of manganese ore from Sebilo Resources (in business rescue).
